Deyaar Development, a prominent property developer and real estate provider based in Dubai, has revealed plans to hand over Mesk and Noor Residential Districts – Phase 3 and 4 of its award-winning Midtown master development in Dubai.

The districts include over 900 residential units, including apartments with various bedroom configurations.

Mesk District handover will begin ahead of schedule on February 14, 2023, and residents will be able to move in by mid-February. The Noor District will be transferred as per schedule by the end of June 2023. This will complete the handover of over 2,200 units across all four districts of the Midtown development.

Afnan and Dania Districts

The Afnan and Dania Districts were previously handed over in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Currently, more than 1,100 families are residing in the Midtown Community.

Located near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in Dubai Production City, Midtown is designed to promote a sense of community and features a variety of amenities for residents.

In addition to the handover plans, Deyaar has also announced that potential buyers in the Mesk District can utilize mortgage solutions with extended repayment plans of up to 25 years.

Additionally, the real estate company has reported that more than 95% of the units in the Noor District have already been sold.

Retail options

The Midtown Development is an integrated, multicultural residential project that includes 24 buildings across different districts, as well as a retail boulevard that offers a diverse selection of 50 retail options spread across 63,000 square feet.

These include convenience stores, laundry stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and multi-cuisine restaurants, as well as well-known brands such as Carrefour, Burger King, Pizza Hut, and All Days.

It is divided into various districts and features contemporary residences designed for modern urban living. It includes amenities such as a central garden, leisure facilities, health clubs, sports courts, a jogging track, daycare facilities, and a nursery. Additionally, it has six pools for families and children, as well as a wide array of amenities on the podium level.
