Azizi Developments, a private real estate developer, has pledged to launch the second tallest tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
The developer has acquired a highly coveted plot on Sheikh Zayed Road where it will soon launch the UAE’s mega project.
Second tallest building in Dubai
Apart from the launch of second tallest tower in the UAE, the leading developer plans to launch a city comprising residences, villas, townhouses and more.
Moreover, Azizi has signed an agreement with Dubai South, acquiring a prominent 15 million sq. ft. plot with 24 million square feet of GFA for which it will be the master developer.
After ending 2022 on high note, Azizi Developments also plans to deliver around 11,000 units across 45 projects in Dubai in 2023. These projects spread across the first, second and third phases of Riviera, Park Avenue I, II and III in MBR City and Berton in Al Furjan.
Azizi sold more than 6,000 units, amounting to Dhs5.6 billion in 2022. The developer also saw a surge in sales of over 37 percent in H2 2022. It developed over 152 floors across 3.51 million sq. ft of built-up area in the last year.
The private real estate developer completed the first 7 buildings of Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront lifestyle community in MBR City and the 634-residence condominium, Creek Views I in Dubai Healthcare City.
With Riviera selling out as a hot cake, Azizi launched Park Avenue III in MBR City, Rêve, its fourth, most distinguished and luxurious phase of Riviera, and Beach Oasis, two buildings with a total of 712 units nestled around a beach-like swimming pool.

New Executive Director of second tallest tower in Dubai
Azizi Developments has appointed the internationally acclaimed Mr. Kang Sang Ku as Executive Director of Azizi’s soon-to-be second tallest tower in the world, located opposite the World Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Azizi’s tower, the exact height of which is yet to be announced, but with a proposed height of over 700 meters, will comprise a vertical, six-story shopping mall, over 700 sizable residential units, and an ultra-luxury hotel with approximately 300 opulent suites, which the developer will own and operate itself under its new, soon-to-be-launched hospitality brand. Construction is projected to be concluded by 2027.
Mr. Kang Sang Ku is an esteemed veteran engineering leader, boasting over 30 years of international experience overseeing the world’s most renowned and prestigious high-rise projects. Azizi Developments is now gearing up for the remainder of its 2023 completions.
