A new report has revealed the best companies to work in the UAE in 2023.
According to the findings, McDonald’s, DEWA, Talabat, Pizza Express and DHL Express are among the leading employers in the UAE.
The results were announced by Great Place to Work, a global research, training and consulting firm that identifies the Best Workplaces in more than 60 countries around the world.
In the category for large companies, McDonald’s secured the top position, with Leminar, Al Dabbagh Group, and Centrepoint following closely behind.
DEWA ranked first in the government category, which featured TDRA, SEWA, Government of Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority.
THE One, a company that has been featured in every UAE Best Workplaces list since its launch in 2011, secured the first place in the Small & Medium category for the annual listing of top companies with exceptional workplace cultures in the UAE.
