Rohini at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai has introduced three tricolour-themed desserts to mark India’s Republic Day, adding a seasonal touch to its dining menu for the holiday weekend.
The desserts are inspired by the colours of the Indian national flag and draw from traditional Indian sweets. The selection includes Tiranga Kalakand, Pistachio Malai ke Motichur, and Jalebi served with Kesar Rabdi. The items are part of a special Republic Day set menu.
The set menu will be available from January 24 to 26 and includes a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Options feature starters and mains such as Dahi Bhalla, Zafrani Murgh Tikka, Dal Makhni, Rajasthani Laal Maas, Paneer Methi Malai and Purani Dilli-style pulao.
Rohini is a well-known Indian restaurant in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area and regularly offers regional Indian dishes. The Republic Day menu is available for the long weekend as part of its regular dine-in service.
