Mercedes-Benz unveiled an ambitious project named Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti at the Meydan Hotel in Dubai on Wednesday. Prices in the luxury building start from Dhs10 million. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Set to break ground this year, this venture signifies the convergence of automotive and architecture in a unique manner. The focal point of this collaboration is a 65-storey residential tower that aims to redefine luxury living in Dubai.

Rising to 341 metres (1,118 feet), the hyper-tower is located in the heart of the city with uninterrupted views of the world-famous Burj Khalifa, in the prime location of Downtown Dubai.
Five luxury penthouses
Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti comprises 150 residences, featuring two- to four-bedroom units and five penthouses. Each residence is meticulously designed to enhance the distinct Mercedes-Benz brand experience. The tower incorporates three key elements: a core with horizontally structured balconies, an adjoining lamella structure with dynamic lines framing the entire tower, and a visually striking closed southern façade with functional cladding for shading and energy efficiency through integrated photovoltaics.
The integration of floor-to-ceiling glazing seamlessly blends the interior and exterior, creating a space that harmonizes architecture with nature. The building is constructed with the highest-quality components, fostering a minimalistic yet welcoming atmosphere that exudes both modernity and timelessness.
Mercedes-Benz’s design philosophy emphasizes balanced proportions achieved through clear graphics, avoiding the addition of disparate design features. Strategic placement of elements provides both optical surprises and functional benefits.
