Hays Middle East has forged a strategic partnership with Women Choice, an esteemed international organization committed to advancing the personal and professional development of women, with the primary goal of creating jobs for women in the Middle East.

This collaboration adds Hays to the distinguished list of dedicated partners who are collectively striving to generate one million job opportunities for women across the MENA region, in alignment with the United Nations’ Social Development Goals for 2030.

As part of their ongoing initiatives, Women Choice has established the Social Innovation Incubator (SII) program, which encompasses a comprehensive support system tailored for women entrepreneurs. This program is set to create substantial employment avenues within their chosen domains over the next five years. The SII program also offers invaluable mentorship and training resources, covering vital subjects such as business planning, capacity enhancement, human resource management, and recruitment expertise.

Hays, renowned as an industry leader in recruitment and workforce solutions, is poised to make a significant contribution to this impactful program. Their involvement will manifest through a continuous series of expert training sessions, specifically designed for the cohort of women who are enrolled with Women Choice.

These training sessions are geared towards empowering women with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers, ultimately aligning with the central theme of creating “Jobs for Women” in the Middle East and supporting the United Nations’ SDG 2030 agenda.

“At Hays, we believe that for organisations to thrive, they must go beyond working only for profit. We are proud to partner with Women Choice to leverage our expertise and help enhance the employability of those who may not have the same opportunities as others, helping to create a better tomorrow for our community,” said Coral Atkins, People and Culture Manager at Hays Middle East.

“We are excited to add a group like Hays to the HER- Impact Programme and to have access to their resources. They are committed to be part of the change and help increase the number of opportunities for women,” said Nezha Alaoui, Founder & CEO of Women Choice.

Through its collaboration with Hays, and other partners, the Women Choice initiative will help provide real employment opportunities for women by empowering female social entrepreneurs across the Arab world.
