Sharjah is gearing up to welcome famous American Judge Frank Caprio, formerly the Chief Judge of the Municipal Court of Providence in the USA, as a keynote speaker for the opening of the 12th edition of the International Government Communication Forum (IGCF 2023).

Who is Famous Judge Frank Caprio

Balancing his teaching duties with nighttime classes at the Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, he earned his law degree.
