Dubai: Woman gives birth onboard an intercity bus

A woman safely gave birth aboard an intercity bus headed to Ajman, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has said.

The RTA shared a photo on social media where a delegation of Roads and Transport Authority can be seen visiting the Ugandan mother in a hospital.

“A delegation of RTA’s employees visited a woman who safely gave birth aboard an Intercity Bus headed to Ajman to congratulate her and ensure their well-being. The delivery occurred naturally, and both the mother and the baby were transferred to the hospital in good health,” the RTA posted on Twitter.
