Dubai South Properties has officially launched Beachfront Gates, an exclusive apartment development in the heart of Dubai South’s Residential District.

The new project, which offers stunning views of the beachfront community and lagoon, comes in response to the high demand for apartments in the area, especially after the success of the South Living project.

Beachfront Gates consists of two residential towers, with only Beachfront Gates Tower 2 currently available for sale.

This tower features 157 spacious units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a limited number of podium units with large terraces. Designed with families in mind, the apartments include expansive living areas, en-suite bathrooms, closed kitchens, and large windows to maximize natural light.

Amenities

The development offers family-friendly amenities such as dedicated kids’ play areas, swimming pools for adults and children, and various recreational facilities. These features aim to create a well-rounded lifestyle for all residents.

The project has already seen tremendous success, with over 100 units sold on the launch day. Currently, inventory is limited, highlighting the strong demand.

Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, commented that the success of the South Living project confirmed Dubai South’s appeal to both end-users and investors, making the Beachfront Gates launch a timely move. He highlighted the area’s strategic location near Al Maktoum International Airport and its high potential for investment returns.

The Residential District at Dubai South also offers a variety of amenities, including public parks, retail shops, a 50,000-square-foot hypermarket, sports courts, a mosque, and a public bus route to the Expo Metro station.

With over 25,000 residents already in the area, Dubai South continues to develop as a prime location for modern living, aiming to attract one million residents in the future.
