Dubai to Bali flights

Emirates will begin operating its Airbus A380 aircraft to Delhi from October 25, adding the Indian capital as the airline’s third A380 destination in India after Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The A380 will operate flights EK512 and EK513 in a four-class configuration. The move will complement Emirates’ other daily services to Delhi operated by retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft, which also feature Premium Economy cabins.

A380 service

The introduction of the A380 will bring Emirates’ Premium Economy cabin to all flights between Dubai and Delhi. The cabin includes wider seats, extra legroom, recline features, upgraded dining and onboard amenities.

From October, Emirates will offer Premium Economy services to six Indian cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Kochi.

India expansion

Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer said: “Emirates’ long-standing commitment to India is reflected in the continued rollout of our latest products, designed to enhance the travel experience. We are pleased to introduce our highly anticipated A380 services to Delhi, a vital gateway in our network, from October. Given the strong demand for travel to and from India, it is an honour to expand our A380 footprint in the country, with Delhi joining Mumbai and Bengaluru as our third A380 destination. We would like to thank the authorities for making this possible and value our continued partnership.

“We are also making our Premium Economy product more widely available across India to reach six gateways and close to half of our scheduled weekly flights. A host of other service enhancements are in the pipeline as a testament to our partnership with India and commitment to our customers.”

More premium economy

By the end of October, Emirates will provide Premium Economy seats on selected services from Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Kochi.

On the Delhi-Dubai route, Premium Economy will be available on EK513 operated by the A380, as well as Boeing 777 services EK511, EK515 and EK517.

The airline will also introduce its Airbus A350 aircraft on the Kolkata-Dubai route from October 25. Flight EK570/571 will feature Premium Economy, while EK572/573 will continue with a four-class Boeing 777 service.

Customer services

Emirates has also expanded its customer support services in India, with new retail travel stores opened in Delhi and Mumbai. The airline plans to open additional stores in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, along with a dedicated call centre in Mumbai.

The airline operates flights to nine Indian cities, including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram, with 167 weekly flights connecting India to Dubai and its global network.
