Azizi Developments has announced the prices for apartments in Burj Azizi, the world’s second-tallest tower, following a grand unveiling event held at the Coca Cola Arena on Tuesday. The event marked a historic moment for the Dubai-based developer, with over 15,000 attendees including government officials, business leaders, and influencers.
Burj Azizi prices
The ultra-luxury apartments in Burj Azizi will start from Dh7,149 per square foot (sqft), with the highest price reaching Dh34,000 per sqft. The starting price for the apartments is Dh7.5 million, while the most expensive unit is priced at a remarkable Dh156 million.
This landmark event marks a significant milestone in the development of Burj Azizi, which is set to become a defining feature of Dubai’s skyline.
“In Dubai and cities around the world, new projects come up every day. But projects like Burj Azizi happen only once in a generation,” said Mr. Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments.
He continued, “I feel overjoyed today that we celebrate Burj Azizi’s journey from conceptualization to launch. Burj Azizi has been a dream of mine for many years. It has been a tough challenge, having taken much tireless work by experts from around the world. But I am happy to announce that the dream is now on the path to realization.”
Mr. Azizi emphasized the tower’s significance not just for its height or design, but for its location in Dubai, a city known globally for its architectural and engineering advancements.
“In this city of marvelous buildings, Burj Azizi will be a new milestone in innovation and workmanship,” he said, highlighting the tower’s location on Sheikh Zayed Road, a tribute to the UAE’s founding father.
Height: 725-meter
The 725-meter tower, expected to be completed by 2028, will feature a blend of residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces. Prices for the luxury residences will reflect the building’s high-end status, with apartments offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, as well as ultra-luxury penthouses.
7-star hotel
The tower will also include a seven-star hotel with themed restaurants, a luxury ballroom, and a beach club. Additionally, Burj Azizi will break world records with features such as the highest observation deck on level 130 and the highest hotel lobby on level 111.
