Tetr College of Business has launched a new one-year Master’s in Management and Technology (MiM-Tech), aimed at early-career professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs looking to build global business experience across Dubai, China, and Europe.
The programme is designed for professionals aged 20 to 28, including founders, family business successors, international students, and individuals from creative or technical backgrounds aiming to transition into leadership roles.
Hands-on global curriculum
MiM-Tech combines academic learning with hands-on venture building across three regions. In Dubai, students work on consumer-focused ventures, developing go-to-market strategies and engaging with major players in the retail and finance ecosystem.
In China, the focus shifts to scaling operations through AI, automation, and supply chain optimization. In Europe, participants launch ventures in experience-based sectors such as luxury travel, food, and cultural events.
The final semester features a two-month paid internship with leading startups and global brands in fields such as finance, marketing, consulting, and operations.
Applied learning
Tetr’s MiM-Tech programme builds on the college’s philosophy of experiential education. Participants work on real-world projects, engage with cross-sector mentors, and develop practical business skills aimed at scaling ventures or leading innovation within existing organisations.
“By immersing participants in hands-on, cross-continental projects, MiM-Tech equips them with a global perspective and the ability to identify and seize opportunities that others might overlook,” said Pratham Mittal, Founder of Tetr College of Business and Masters’ Union.
“This practical exposure enables them to take existing businesses to international markets, launch new initiatives within their organisations, or even explore entirely new ventures,” he added.
Selective admission process
Admission to MiM-Tech is based on a competitive selection process that evaluates academic background, professional achievements, and entrepreneurial potential. Tetr places particular emphasis on creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a diverse, high-performance environment.
Since its launch in 2024, Tetr has focused on venture-based learning. Its first undergraduate cohort launched more than 40 ventures across fintech, sustainability, and consumer sectors, generating over $300,000 in revenue. The programme has since expanded to include students from over 50 countries, with backgrounds ranging from climate activism to sports and media.
