Bollywood star and wellness advocate Shilpa Shetty Kundra lent her support to a new luxury residential project in Dubai, praising its focus on wellbeing and thoughtful living.
Speaking at the official launch of Avion Residence by Sky View Development, Shetty described the project as “a home designed to nurture both body and mind.”
The launch event, held at Hilton Dubai in Al Habtoor City, drew a wide audience of real estate investors, industry professionals, and media.
Shetty joined a panel discussion during the evening, alongside senior figures from Sky View and Element 4 Group, the construction and design firm behind the development.

“Avion Residence beautifully blends elegance with a sense of wellbeing — it’s a home designed to nurture both body and mind, a vision that resonates deeply with me,” Shetty told attendees. Her comments echoed the project’s emphasis on lifestyle, design, and a balanced living environment.
Sky View’s new venture
Sky View Group CEO Akash Kanjwani used the occasion to highlight the company’s 19-year legacy and introduce Sky View Developments, a new division focused on modern, functional housing.
“Avion Residence is the culmination of nearly two decades of dedication, expertise, and vision,” Kanjwani said. “This project represents more than just a physical structure — it is a lifestyle destination that combines architectural elegance with comfort.”
Inspired by Balinese design, Avion Residence aims to offer a serene living experience within the urban setting of Dubai South. Features include landscaped spaces, wellness amenities, and multiple residential layouts.
Design details showcased
Attendees were shown detailed floor plans and visual walkthroughs by Prateek Mojaria, outlining the mix of unit types and community features. A panel with Kangan Kanjwani from Sky View and Navin and Divya Gidwani from Element 4 Group explored the development’s planning and design process.
Project model unveiled
The evening ended with a dramatic aerial performance and the unveiling of the architectural model. Guests had the chance to explore the model and speak directly with the Sky View team.
