Jubail Island, the iconic Dhs15 billion project in Abu Dhabi, is on the brink of completion. It’s preparing to introduce a wide array of amenities across its six communities, promising an enhanced waterfront living experience for its residents.
Jubail Island Abu Dhabi set for handover
The management of Jubail Island’s communities falls under Jubail Island Community Management (JICM). They are adopting state-of-the-art software solutions to facilitate resident engagement, streamline operations, and offer unprecedented convenience.

An array of amenities
Among the amenities offered, there will be over 18,000 square meters of office space in four buildings and more than 8,000 square meters of retail space. Additionally, four community centers will be available within walking distance to cater to the island’s communities.
Jubail Island is built around mangrove forests and will host an Eco-Retreat, the Jubail Mangrove Park, an educational and nature-inspired leisure park. Moreover, residents and visitors can access an on-site equestrian school, a kayaking center, a paddle club, a beach club, and two exclusive yacht clubs.
Indoor and outdoor fitness gyms
To promote an active lifestyle, JICM will oversee two main large outdoor fitness gyms, three indoor gyms, three community pools, three MUGA courts, eight outdoor play areas for kids, a skate park, a bounce park, fitness trails, jogging paths, and cycling tracks.
Jubail Island’s comprehensive amenities also include seven mosques, a nursery, a K-12 private school, a medical clinic, and a Civil Defense Center.
A standalone Spinneys supermarket, spanning 1,000 square meters, will operate in Souk Al Jubail, the central hub of the island, offering fresh produce and essential products to its residents, visitors, and office workers.
