INDIKAYA, a contemporary Indian restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, has announced a Christmas menu for the festive season. The menu features a selection of Indian dishes in vegetarian and non-vegetarian formats and is available for a limited period.
The Christmas menu begins with chaat dishes such as Amritsari Chowk ki Tikki Chaat and Quinoa Avocado Chaat. Main courses include tandoor and grill items reflecting regional Indian culinary traditions. Vegetarian options include Pothari Paneer Tikka, Till Methi Broccoli Kebab, Paneer Bemisal, and Subzi Nizami Handi. Non-vegetarian options feature Nawabi Chicken Tikka, Fish Farcha, Bhatti Prawns, and a seasonal Ghee Roast Turkey.
Rice dishes include Subz Dum Biryani and Chicken Dum Biryani, served with traditional breads and condiments. The menu concludes with desserts such as Kunafa Kalakand, Chikki Phirni, and Rose Petal Ice Cream.
Chef Hemant Oberoi said: “Festive dining is about slowing down and sharing moments. For Christmas, our chefs have curated a menu that feels familiar yet considered — respectful of tradition, shaped with care, and meant to be enjoyed together.”
The restaurant is recognised in the MICHELIN Guide 2025. The festive menu is served in an indoor setting at Shangri-La Hotel and is available for a limited period during the Christmas season.
