Emirates has launched its Airbus A350 service to Oslo, marking the debut of its Premium Economy cabin in Scandinavia.

The new service brings Emirates’ latest cabin offerings — including its refreshed Business, Premium Economy, and Economy Class interiors — to Norwegian passengers for the first time. A special event was held at Oslo Airport to mark the occasion, attended by airline executives, diplomats, and local officials.

The A350 will operate daily on flight EK159/160 between Dubai and Oslo, offering passengers upgraded comfort and seamless connections to 145 destinations. Popular onward routes for Norwegian travellers include Thailand, Japan, and Australia.

Premium Economy highlights

Emirates’ Premium Economy features 40-inch seat pitch, cream leather upholstery, a large recline, leg rests, and fold-out woodgrain tables. Amenities include a 13.3-inch screen, charging ports, pillows and blankets, amenity kits on select routes, and exclusive sparkling wine.

Terje Grue, Emirates’ Country Manager for Norway, said: “We are thrilled to bring the A350 and our Premium Economy product to Norway. This is an important step in strengthening our presence in the market.”
