Residents and buyers at Starlight Park in Meydan have begun taking handover of their homes after the residential development was completed during the first week of October.
The project, developed by Dubai-based Amwaj Development, comprises 172 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across four B+G+5+Roof buildings in District 11, Meydan.
The completion is the developer’s first project handover in Dubai.
Meydan project offers family-focused amenities
Starlight Park has been designed as a family-oriented residential community, with facilities spread across the four buildings.
Amenities include rooftop pools and lounges, an outdoor cinema, fitness, yoga and boxing studios, paddle tennis courts and children’s play areas.
The development also includes an indoor kids’ club and other community facilities.
Apartments come with kitchen appliances, built-in TV units and bespoke master-bedroom wall features, according to the developer.
First Dubai project marks developer milestone
For Amwaj Development, the handover marks a move from selling its first Dubai development to delivering completed homes to buyers.
