Dalands Holding has partnered with Marriott International and Ras Al Khaimah’s master developer Marjan to launch W Residences Al Marjan Island, a new residential project set to open in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Residences with hotel access
The development will be co-located with W Al Marjan Island hotel, offering 201 fully furnished residences alongside shared amenities and direct access to the beach.
Designed under the W Hotels brand, the homes will reflect the brand’s distinct style, combining private living with hotel-level services.
Amenities
The project will include an infinity pool deck, beachside lounges, a residents’ lounge, yoga studio, screening room, fitness hub, and spaces for private events. Residents will also benefit from access to select hotel facilities.
