Dubai Islands is set to add a new branded residential project overlooking its main marina, with The Bay Interiors by Missoni entering its pre-launch phase.
New homes planned for Dubai Islands
The Bay Interiors by Missoni will offer a limited collection of two- and three-bedroom residences and penthouses on Dubai Islands, with the project positioned directly on Island A’s main marina, next to the main yacht club.
Developer Tomorrow World Properties said the site is the final unlaunched plot along this stretch of the marina waterfront. The project is being developed in collaboration with Italian fashion house Missoni, bringing its design identity into a residential development.
The announcement comes as Dubai Islands continues to attract development interest, although the developer has not disclosed the project’s prices, completion date or total number of homes.
What buyers can expect
The residences are being designed around waterfront living, with an emphasis on natural light, open views and connections between indoor spaces and the surrounding marina.
The interiors will incorporate Missoni’s signature use of colour, patterns, textures and craftsmanship. However, detailed specifications, amenities and further information about the residences have yet to be announced.
The project is currently in its pre-launch phase, meaning prospective buyers will need to wait for further details on pricing, availability and the official launch.
Developer and sales arrangements
Tomorrow World Properties is responsible for the project’s development and delivery, while OCTA Properties has been appointed as its exclusive commercialisation partner.
OCTA will oversee market positioning, sales and marketing, as well as designated brand-related activities. It will also coordinate the implementation of Missoni’s design elements through to completion.
Xu Ma, Founder and Chairman of Tomorrow World Properties, said: “We see Dubai Islands as an essential part of Dubai’s next phase of growth, and our investment in this location reflects our confidence in its long-term potential. At Tomorrow World, our approach is to develop projects that respond to their surroundings, combining thoughtful architecture, quality and functionality to create lasting value. With The Bay Interiors by Missoni, we wanted to make the most of this exceptional waterfront setting while introducing a distinctive design identity. It is a project that reflects both our development philosophy and our ambition to build a strong, enduring presence in Dubai’s real estate market.”
Livio Proli, CEO of Missoni, said: “Luxury is increasingly reflected in the way we live. Together with Tomorrow World Properties, we bring the Missoni vision of contemporary Italian living into the exclusive, residential setting of The Bay, combining design, colour, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of place. More than a residence, it is an expression of a lifestyle, where the distinctive Missoni spirit becomes part of everyday life.”
Fawaz Sous, CEO of OCTA Properties, said: “The Bay represents a waterfront position that simply cannot be recreated. It is the final unlaunched waterfront plot directly on the main marina of Island A, immediately adjacent to the main yacht club. That scarcity, combined with Missoni’s globally recognised design language and an architecture that allows the majority of residences to command direct or open marina and sea views, gives the project a genuinely differentiated long-term position. Our ambition is for The Bay to become one of the defining residential addresses of the marina itself.”
Prices and launch details awaited
The developer has not yet announced prices, payment plans, completion timelines or the full range of amenities. Further details about the residences and the official launch are expected to be released in due course.
For prospective buyers, these details will be important in assessing the development’s affordability, purchase terms and potential suitability as a home or investment.
