Dubai shoppers can enter a raffle to win one of two new cars by spending Dhs 200 at participating malls and retail outlets during a Diwali promotion running from October 24 to November 12, 2026.
The Festival of Lights Shop, Scan & Win promotion will give two winners a choice of prizes in the form of a SOUEAST S06 Comfort and a SOUEAST S08 Luxury, with each winner receiving one vehicle.
How to enter the Diwali car raffle
Shoppers must spend at least Dhs 200 at a participating outlet during the promotion period to qualify. They can then scan the campaign QR code, register on the digital platform and upload their receipt.
Once the purchase has been validated, digital raffle coupons will be issued to the shopper’s account. Participants can track their submissions and view their coupon details through the platform.
The promotion is open to people aged 18 and above who meet the eligibility requirements. Receipts must be issued during the promotional period, and a maximum of 100 coupons per invoice applies.

The promotion will run across 12 shopping destinations in Dubai:

- Al Khail Gate Community Centre
- Arabian Center
- Bay Avenue
- Circle Mall
- Dubai Festival Plaza
- Ibn Battuta
- New West Zone Al Khail
- New West Zone Mizhar 1
- New West Zone Mizhar 2
- Reef Mall
- Silicon Central
The campaign is organised by BUZ in collaboration with RaffleTech, a customer engagement technology platform that handles purchase validation and digital coupon issuance.
Both cars are sponsored by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE).
Baiju Kurieash Pappachan, chief executive of BUZ, said the promotion was intended to bring additional excitement to the festive shopping season.

When will the winners be announced?
The raffle draw is scheduled for November 16, 2026, at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism head office.
The SOUEAST S06 Comfort will be drawn first, followed by the SOUEAST S08 Luxury.
