Peak Summit Development has announced the launch of Phase 3 of The Orchard Place, a residential project located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The new phase introduces unique features such as private pools in one- and two-bedroom apartments—an uncommon offering in Dubai’s real estate market.

Development progress
Phase 1 of The Orchard Place has been fully sold out, and construction for Phase 2 is ahead of schedule. Tower A of Phase 3 has reached structural completion, signalling consistent project delivery.
