Dubai developer Deyaar Development handed over more than 2,100 residential units in 2026 so far, while its profit before tax climbed 27% in the first nine months of the year.
Deyaar profit reaches Dhs 541.5 million
Deyaar reported profit before tax of Dhs 541.5 million for the nine months ending September 30, 2026, up from Dhs 425.7 million in the same period last year.
Revenue increased 5% to Dhs 1.52 billion, compared with Dhs 1.45 billion a year earlier.
The company also recorded stronger results in the third quarter, with profit before tax reaching Dhs 205.4 million, a 29% increase from Dhs 159.1 million in the same quarter of 2025.
More than 2,100 homes handed over in Dubai
Deyaar said it had handed over more than 2,100 residential units across several Dubai communities since the beginning of 2026.
The handovers mark progress in delivering homes to buyers and converting the developer’s project pipeline into completed properties.
For homebuyers, completed handovers provide a tangible indication of project delivery. However, the company did not provide a breakdown of the units by development in its announcement.
Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said: “Deyaar’s performance in the first nine months of 2026 is built on delivery. Through a steady pace of handovers across our communities, we have turned the commitments we made to our customers into homes they now own, and converted our sales pipeline into realised value. These handovers reflect our strategic direction and the disciplined execution behind it, and they deepen the trust of the diverse investors and residents who choose Deyaar.
Dubai’s long- term fundamentals, anchored in the D33 Agenda and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, remain firmly intact, and our task is to convert them into sustainable value for our shareholders.
We enter the final quarter with clear visibility on our pipeline and the discipline to see it through. Our ambition is for Deyaar to enter 2027 not simply larger, but stronger: with maturing projects contributing at scale and a platform built to compound value across cycles.”
Focus shifts to year-end project delivery
Deyaar said it plans to focus on maintaining profitability, completing scheduled handovers and progressing construction across its active developments during the final quarter of 2026.
The company expects its project pipeline and delivery progress to support its growth objectives, although it did not provide a specific full-year profit forecast in the announcement.
Community initiatives in healthcare and inclusion
Alongside its property business, Deyaar highlighted partnerships with Al Jalila Foundation, which supports healthcare initiatives in the UAE, and Dubai Club for People of Determination, which promotes inclusion and participation for People of Determination.
The company said these partnerships form part of its sustainability and community engagement efforts.
