Abu Dhabi Capital Group partners with React Holding

Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) has signed a strategic partnership with React Holding to expand its presence in the UAE’s media and events sectors, opening the door to potential joint ventures, new investments and regional and international growth.

The agreement, signed in Abu Dhabi on 22 October 2026, brings React Holding’s media, events, production and communications capabilities into ADCG’s diversified business ecosystem. The partnership will support ADCG’s existing businesses while helping develop future projects and investment opportunities.

The partnership is intended to combine ADCG’s investment capabilities and international reach with React Holding’s operational expertise, industry relationships and established presence in Abu Dhabi.

Beyond providing services to ADCG’s existing portfolio, React Holding will contribute to business development and future investments across the media and events industries. The two organisations also plan to explore joint ventures and new business opportunities in the UAE and other markets.

The agreement could strengthen their ability to pursue larger projects and expand their operations, although the companies have not disclosed specific investment amounts, financial terms or a timeline for new ventures.

For Abu Dhabi, the partnership signals further investment interest in media, events and related production services, with both groups seeking to combine their resources to support growth in the sector.

React Holding provides capabilities spanning strategy, creative development, event delivery, production, fabrication and technology. Integrating these services into ADCG’s wider business network could create opportunities to develop new projects and pursue business across regional and international markets.

For businesses operating in the events and communications industries, the partnership also points to the potential for new collaborations and larger-scale projects. However, neither company has announced specific projects or confirmed how the agreement will affect existing operations.

Founded in 2006, React Holding has developed into an integrated group of specialist businesses serving different parts of the media, events and communications value chain.

Its portfolio includes React Events, Mediabase, Redpill, Clue Media, Impulse Gulf, Vision X and Horecons. Collectively, the businesses cover strategy, creative services, production, fabrication, technology and project delivery.

React Holding CEO Joseph Badr said the partnership would support the company’s next stage of growth by providing access to ADCG’s investment strength and wider business ecosystem.

He said the company intends to pursue larger investments, develop new ventures, scale its operations and expand its presence across regional and international markets.

ADCG Group Chief Investment Officer Khalifa Al Mazrouei said React Holding’s addition to the group’s ecosystem marked a step towards diversifying its investment portfolio across media and events.

He highlighted React Holding’s two-decade presence in Abu Dhabi, its range of businesses and its understanding of the market as factors supporting the partnership.

ADCG Group CEO Abubaker Al Khoori said the agreement reflected the group’s approach to strategic partnerships aimed at supporting Abu Dhabi’s economic vision, encouraging innovation and creating long-term value.

The agreement was signed by Al Mazrouei and Badr at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of senior executives from both organisations.

While the partnership establishes a framework for closer collaboration and future investment, the companies have yet to outline specific projects, funding commitments or expansion targets. Its impact will therefore depend on how the two groups translate the agreement into new ventures and business opportunities.
