Zimaya Properties has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Celeste Heights, in Al Furjan, Dubai.
This is the company’s first residential building in the area, following the success of their previous developments, including Belle Reve and Bliss Townhouses.

Payment plan
To make it easier for buyers, Zimaya Properties has introduced a flexible payment plan: 40% during construction, 20% on handover, and 40% post-handover with monthly payments spread over 40 months. The starting price for apartments is Dhs985,000.
With nearly 50% of the project reserved within two days of its launch, Celeste Heights has already attracted strong interest from both homeowners and investors.
