Monty Holiday Home, a tech-driven company specializing in short-term rental management, is launching a new subscription-based model that aims to revolutionize the industry.
Starting on March 1, 2025, this model will allow property owners to keep 100% of their rental income, while still benefiting from professional management services and automation. The move comes as Dubai’s short-term rental market continues to grow, fueled by the city’s booming tourism sector and its favorable rental regulations.
No commission fees
Unlike traditional property management firms that take commission fees of 15% to 25% from rental earnings, Monty Holiday Home’s subscription model offers a flat fee starting at Dhs 1,500 per month.
This allows homeowners to retain all of their rental income while still enjoying AI-driven automation and expert management services. The service includes dynamic pricing, booking management, and enhanced guest communication to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
“With our new subscription-based model, we are giving homeowners the power to keep their profits while still enjoying world-class management and AI-driven automation,” said Abir Chammah, Co-founder and Managing Director at Monty Holiday Home.
Tech-driven efficiency
The subscription service also includes a real-time owner dashboard, which provides financial transparency, occupancy insights, and revenue tracking.
AI-powered operations are available 24/7, with human support available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This new approach is designed to simplify property management for homeowners and offer them a cost-effective alternative to traditional commission-based models.
As Dubai’s short-term rental market continues to thrive, Monty Holiday Home’s subscription model is well-positioned to meet the needs of homeowners looking to maximize their rental income while minimizing management costs.
