Majid Al Futtaim has awarded a Dhs2 billion construction contract to Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) for the development of Capria East, Capria West and Maravelle Residences at Ghaf Woods in Dubai.
The contract marks a key construction milestone for Ghaf Woods, a residential project planned as a forest-inspired community.
Construction contract
Under the agreement, ECC will serve as the main contractor for the three residential developments within the Ghaf Woods project.
The project will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with duplex residences. The development is designed around green spaces, wellness-focused facilities and energy-efficient building features.

According to Majid Al Futtaim, the residential community takes inspiration from the UAE’s Ghaf tree and aims to integrate nature-focused design with modern living.
ECC, which has operated in the UAE since 1975, has delivered a number of projects across the UAE and the wider Gulf region.
