Emirati real estate developer Amaal has announced a partnership with automotive design firm MANSORY to develop MANSORY Residences, an ultra-luxury residential tower in Dubai.
This marks MANSORY’s first real estate project globally, expanding its design expertise into the property sector.
Project details and location
Situated in Mohammed Bin Rashid City within the Meydan Horizon masterplan, the tower will rise 48 floors, covering nearly 142,800 square metres.
The development will feature one- to three-bedroom units along with eight full-floor penthouses. Currently in advanced design stages, the project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028. The overall investment is valued at 1.8 billion Dhs.
Design and amenities
The interiors, developed jointly with MANSORY, blend automotive-inspired aesthetics with residential comfort. Features include leather-wrapped furnishings, brushed metals, custom wood finishes, and advanced lighting. Functional elements such as concealed kitchen mechanisms and textured bedrooms contribute to the design.
Amenities span three levels, offering residents access to retail outlets, padel courts, mini golf, gyms, yoga studios, separate men’s and women’s spas, two infinity pools, an indoor cinema, and children’s play areas. Community spaces include MANSORY lounges, terraces, workspaces, outdoor dining, and restaurants. The building includes eight floors of parking, with two floors dedicated to VIP car display and a car elevator. Vehicle care services are also provided.
Smart living integration
The tower will incorporate smart home automation for lighting, climate, security, and parking control, aiming to enhance convenience and energy efficiency.
