In celebration of the UAE’s “Year of the Family 2026,” Fazaa has partnered with the Ministry of Family to launch a new community initiative offering free discount memberships to families residing in the UAE.
The initiative aims to strengthen the nation’s commitment to family stability and well-being, reinforcing the UAE’s vision of fostering a cohesive, inclusive society.
Membership benefits for families
The new Fazaa membership grants resident families access to various discounts and offers at over 34,000 commercial outlets in the UAE and internationally. Members will also enjoy savings on more than 28,000 food and consumer products at Fazaa Stores.
Additionally, the membership provides discounts on accommodation and travel packages at more than 500,000 hotels worldwide. Fazaa members can also access up to 70% off tickets for entertainment activities, as well as exclusive deals on premium products and services through the Fazaa app.
How to register
Families interested in the offer can easily apply for the membership through the Fazaa website. A dedicated technical support team is available to assist with any queries and help activate digital membership cards.
To be eligible, the family must include at least one child. The membership is valid throughout 2026, ending at the close of the “Year of the Family.”
Supporting family well-being
Her Excellency Hessa Abdulrahman Tahlak, Assistant Undersecretary for the Social Development Sector at the Ministry of Family, emphasized the importance of families in shaping the UAE’s society. “Resident families enrich Emirati society with their cultural diversity and contribute to the country’s openness,” she said. “The wellbeing of each family is central to the UAE’s vision for a prosperous, cohesive future.”
She added that this initiative aligns with the values established by the UAE’s Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who championed the dignity and contributions of all people in the UAE.
Fazaa’s contribution to family stability
Ahmed Mohammed Buharoon, General Manager of Fazaa, highlighted that the initiative forms part of the UAE’s broader efforts to enhance the living environment for resident families. “By offering a range of services from shopping to travel and entertainment, we aim to support families in meeting their daily needs while improving their quality of life,” Buharoon said.
The initiative reflects the UAE’s appreciation for the contributions of resident families, reinforcing the spirit of belonging and participation across the country.
