Symbolic Developments has announced the launch of Symbolic Zen Residences, a Dhs 210 million residential project in Dubai’s Al Furjan neighborhood.
The new development marks the company’s third project in the city and second in the Al Furjan community.
Wellness-focused design
Located along Al Asayel Street, Symbolic Zen Residences will feature 82 fully furnished units, including 2.5-bedroom apartments and 3.5-bedroom garden residences.
The homes are Vaastu-compliant, with en-suite bedrooms, closed kitchens, panoramic balconies, and 12-foot ceilings designed to allow for more natural light and ventilation.
Each unit follows the “Zen Garden Residences” concept, incorporating French windows, private terraces, and layouts aimed at enhancing physical and emotional well-being.
Developer’s approach
Symbolic Developments is the real estate arm of the Speedex Group. The company’s previous projects include Symbolic Aura, which sold out quickly, and Symbolic Alpha in Liwan, delivered ahead of schedule.

Facilities at the development include temperature-controlled pools, a yoga and meditation deck, a jogging track, children’s play areas, and wellness features such as steam and sauna rooms. EV charging stations, smart home automation, and sustainable building materials are part of the project’s environmentally conscious design.
“Sustainability is woven throughout the project,” Moiz said.
“As part of Symbolic’s broader commitment to green development, the residences include EV charging stations, smart energy solutions, and environmentally responsible materials.”
The location offers convenient access to major hubs, situated just two minutes from Discovery Gardens Metro Station, and close to Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, and Expo City. Ground-level retail and a raised residential podium aim to combine urban accessibility with residential privacy.
