SOL Properties launches new freehold tower on Sheikh Zayed Road

A new mixed-use skyscraper is set to rise on Sheikh Zayed Road, with SOL Properties announcing the launch of SOL LUXE, a Dhs 2.2 billion development combining residential, commercial, and retail spaces in one of Dubai’s busiest districts.

Prime location and offering

The 62-storey tower will reach 280 metres in height, making it one of the tallest freehold buildings on Sheikh Zayed Road. Positioned near DIFC Metro Station and within close proximity to key locations such as Dubai Mall, Dubai International Airport, and major business hubs, SOL LUXE presents what the developer calls a final opportunity for freehold ownership in the area.

Residential and commercial mix

SOL LUXE will include 288 residential units in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations, some with additional study rooms. From levels 1 to 25, the tower will feature 66 Grade A office units with high ceilings and panoramic skyline views. The ground level will host F&B retail outlets, offering triple-aspect visibility and direct road access.

The tower’s design will feature a bronze-and-glass façade with curved glass edges and integrated sustainability features such as solar-control systems, high-performance glazing, water-saving technology, and EV-ready infrastructure. Smart systems powered by AI will manage air quality, predictive maintenance, and visitor access.

Lifestyle and wellness amenities

Amenities include a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, a gym, yoga decks, mini golf, barbecue areas, and landscaped zones. Office tenants will also have access to separate facilities, including meeting rooms and event spaces.
