RAK Properties, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading property developer, has unveiled SKAI, a new residential development located on Raha Island.
This waterfront project is part of Mina, a premier destination along Ras Al Khaimah’s coastline. SKAI follows the success of Mirasol, which sold out quickly, reflecting the high demand for modern island living.
SKAI will feature two towers, offering 272 apartments and penthouses ranging from 33 sqm to 265 sqm. One tower will have 19 residential floors, while the other will have five.
Wellness and luxury at SKAI Club
The towers will be connected by a podium that includes the signature SKAI Club, which offers residents a variety of facilities to support an active and wellness-focused lifestyle.
The SKAI Club will be a key attraction, featuring a clubhouse, a swimming pool with a spacious deck, and padel courts for sports enthusiasts.
Residents will also have access to a state-of-the-art gym and wellness facilities, helping them maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Located in the heart of Raha Island’s Harbour District, SKAI is part of a growing area that will soon feature the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah. This new resort will help solidify Mina’s position as a luxury living destination.
The area also includes a marina, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and public spaces, offering a lively environment for residents.
