Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has taken a step to make the process of ticket and seat confirmation more convenient for its passengers by introducing a WhatsApp chatbot.

This new feature allows passengers to confirm their tickets and seats online, making the entire process much easier and hassle-free.

The national flag carrier has stated that the new WhatsApp chatbot can provide passengers with guidance and assistance regarding ticket confirmation, seat selection, and other flight-related matters prior to their departure.

The feature is designed to make the travel experience more seamless and stress-free for travellers.

In addition to ticket and seat confirmation, the newly introduced WhatsApp chatbot by PIA also enables passengers to check their flight schedules and timings. This added convenience allows passengers to stay updated and informed about their travel itinerary.

“PIA is stepping ahead further for customer support services by introducing another value-added service WhatsApp chatbot,” read the tweet shared on official handle of PIA.

It is worth mentioning that previously, passengers had to physically visit offices or call helplines to access these services.

However, the introduction of the WhatsApp chatbot has made it easier and more convenient for passengers to obtain this information from the comfort of their own devices, without the need for physical interaction or waiting on hold. PIA operates daily flights to and from the UAE.
