Complementing these drinks are a delightful array of bites, including Kai Enzo’s homemade pickles, potato crisps with tuna and olive oil mousse, kare pan (Japanese curry buns), eggplant dengaku dip with sourdough rice crackers, and Stracciatella cheese with charred grapes and sesame Shiso dressing.
