Thinking of a fun-filled day at a Dubai public park? Ditch the hassle of queues and opt for the convenience of booking your entry tickets online. Follow these simple steps to make your park visit stress-free:
Step 1: Navigate to the Dubai Public Parks website
Visit dubaipublicparks.ae and explore the variety of parks available. The homepage showcases a list of major public parks across the emirate.
Step 2: Choose the park you want to visit
Find the park of your choice and click on the “Book Ticket” button located underneath it.
Step 3: Select your visit date and specify visitors
On the right side of the screen, input your preferred visit date and select the number of visitors. Children under two years old get free entry.
Step 4: Agree to terms and conditions
Read and agree to the terms and conditions before clicking on the “Book Ticket” button.
Step 5: Enter contact details
Provide your contact details, including email address, mobile number, full name and nationality. Click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 6: Verify with one-time password (OTP)
Enter the OTP sent to your registered email for verification purposes.
Step 7: Choose payment method and collect digital ticket
Select your preferred payment method — either online or at the kiosk. Opt for online payment using your credit or debit card. Upon completion, receive a digital ticket with a QR code. Capture a screenshot or download it to your device. At the park, scan the QR code at the e-gate machines for entry.
Six Dubai parks available for online booking
Wondering which parks you can book tickets for online? The website currently allows booking for the following parks:
- Zabeel Park
- Safa Park
- Al Mamzar Park
- Mushrif National Park
- Creek Park
- Children’s City
Excitingly, tickets for Dubai Frame and Dubai Safari Park will soon be available through the platform.
As of the latest update, nol cards are no longer accepted for park payments. However, you can still pay with cash at the ticket counter or utilize credit cards or mobile wallets at self-service kiosks near park entrances.
