Dar Global, a London-listed luxury real estate developer, and The Trump Organization have announced plans to build the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai. This will be the Trump brand’s first tower in the Middle East, and the fifth collaboration between the two companies.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance of Downtown Dubai, the 80-storey building will offer views of Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf. The project follows earlier ventures including Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and the Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in Oman.

The tower will combine hotel accommodations with high-end residences. Planned features include private lounges, luxury suites, a resort-style pool exclusive to residents, and the highest outdoor pool in the world. A private, members-only club—The Trump Club—will offer curated dining and wellness experiences for select members.

At the top of the tower, two duplex penthouses with sky pools are designed to reflect the Trump Tower Penthouse in New York, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city skyline.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, stated:

“Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai is a project that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence, luxury and innovation. We are honored to partner once again with Dar Global on this landmark development, bringing unparalleled quality and world-class amenities to Dubai’s luxury market.”

Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, said:

“Dubai’s vibrant economy and strategic location make it a prime destination for global investment… this project is perfectly positioned to capitalize on this growth.”
