Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced free public parking for the National Day holiday.
The RTA said that parking will be free of charge from Saturday, December 2 to Monday, December 4, 2023. This will be applicable to all public parkings except multi-level terminals.
Private sector employees in the UAE have been granted an additional day off in celebration of the UAE National Day, resulting in a welcomed three-day weekend for workers.
National Day, also known as UAE Union Day, is celebrated on December 2 annually, commemorating the unification of the Emirates in 1971.
