Deyaar Development PJSC has started construction on DWTN Residences, a new high-rise residential project that adds to the city’s growing urban housing supply.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by senior executives and members of Deyaar’s leadership team.
Project overview
DWTN Residences will comprise more than 522 residential units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and a Royal Palace located at the top of the tower. The development is positioned as a large-scale residential project within Dubai’s urban core.
According to Deyaar, the building will include more than 75,000 square feet of amenities integrated throughout the tower, with the aim of creating a self-contained residential environment.
Design approach
The developer said the project focuses on functional design and long-term usability rather than scale alone. Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said the development reflects the company’s broader direction.
“DWTN Residences embodies our commitment to innovation and quality while addressing the needs of our end users,” said Al Qatami. “Rather than merely increasing our footprint, Deyaar is dedicated to building better, ensuring that each property delivers lasting value to residents, investors, and the wider community.”
Company direction
Deyaar stated that the project aligns with its strategy of developing community-focused residential properties across the UAE, with attention to sustainability and design standards.
“This project exemplifies our vision for a future where every Deyaar property enhances both Dubai’s skyline and the lives of its inhabitants,” Al Qatami added.
“Breaking ground on DWTN marks a bold new chapter for Deyaar. Our goal is to create spaces that inspire, nurture, and enrich the lives of future residents,” he concluded.
Construction is now underway, with DWTN Residences expected to contribute to Dubai’s evolving residential landscape once completed.
