BNW Developments has announced the launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, marking the first residential project in the emirate under the Tonino Lamborghini brand.
The development was unveiled at an event held at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, attended by investors, real estate brokers, industry figures, and public personalities. The launch event included a live performance by Indian singer Jubin Nautiyal.
According to the developer, the project brings together BNW Developments and the Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini for a waterfront residential scheme in Ras Al Khaimah.
Branded residences
Tonino Lamborghini Residences will feature 377 units, including studios and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The project will also include villas, penthouses, and mansions.
The residences have been designed under the creative direction of Angela Krieger, with interior design by architect Carlos Rossi. The homes are intended to reflect Tonino Lamborghini’s design identity, adapted for residential living in Ras Al Khaimah.

The announcement adds to the growing number of branded residential developments on Al Marjan Island, which has emerged as a key location for new real estate projects in Ras Al Khaimah. BNW Developments said further details on construction timelines and sales will be shared at a later stage.
