The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, Dubai Campus (BPDC) has introduced an upgraded Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) (BBA (Hons.) Programme, designed to meet the needs of students across all academic backgrounds.

The programme focuses on digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and analytical skills, preparing students for the rapidly changing business environment in the UAE.

Focused on real-world skills

The BBA (Hons) Programme at BPDC offers a unique combination of business education and technology. Students gain hands-on experience through tools like the Bloomberg Data Base, Trading Platform, and a Centre of Excellence in Blockchain & AI Research. The curriculum integrates industry-standard tools to help students become adaptable business leaders equipped with the latest skills in data analytics and artificial intelligence.

Industry-relevant learning

A key feature of the programme is its strong industry ties. An advisory panel made up of business experts continuously updates the curriculum to reflect current market trends. Students can specialize in areas such as Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Operations while also pursuing a Minor in fields like Data Science and Public Policy.

Practical experience through internships

Students in the BBA (Hons) Programme benefit from two required internships—one after the second year and another in the final year. These internships provide practical experience with multinational companies, startups, and SMEs in the UAE, helping students develop skills that will make them job-ready.

Opportunities for UAE students

BPDC’s new programme provides students with global exposure and prepares them for careers in international business. With access to renowned faculty, cutting-edge technology, and a multicultural environment, students are equipped to succeed both locally and globally.

The BBA (Hons) Programme is now accepting applications for the 2025-26 academic year. Students interested in a business education that combines traditional management principles with technological innovation are encouraged to apply.
