Asil restaurant to host special ‘four hands’ dinner in Dubai

Put your taste buds on standby! There’s a special guest coming to Asil restaurant at Dubai’s Rixos Premium Dubai hotel in JBR on May 5 and 6, 2023.

The venue is preparing to welcome Chef Osman Sezener from the famous “farm to table” restaurant OD Urla in Turkey.

He will be serving up an exclusive menu inspired by the Aegean, in collaboration with Asil’s very own Chef Mohamad Ourad.

For two days only, the chefs will join forces to offer a curated dining experience quite unlike anything Dubai foodies have tried before!

Along with lucky diners, Asil will welcome specially invited attendees from the hospitality industry such as hoteliers and chefs.

Asil Menu

The menu will begin with a special signature soup made from grape leaves from the vineyards of Urla. Next, a traditional Aegean dish of celery with orange featuring oven-baked celery complemented by the taste of mandarin.

Chef Sezener’s childhood memories inspire the next course… A dish combined of couscous, wood-fired calamari, and tomato sauce.

Continuing the tantalising experience, there will be a unique dish of potato cream topped with grilled octopus in pomegranate molasses – set to be one of the most highlights of the evening.

The next dish makes the most of exquisite artichoke, served with lamb shank cooked with mesir paste – another dish set to delight and surprise.

Timings on both nights: 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
