Ardee Developments has announced the launch of sales for its highly anticipated Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island, a luxury residential project in partnership with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
The official sales for the project will begin on June 1, 2025, following an expression of interest period starting on May 15, 2025. This marks a significant step in the development of Ardee Al Marjan Island, a multi-billion-dirham project that aims to redefine coastal living in Ras Al Khaimah.
Luxury beachfront living
Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island will consist of 523 upscale residences, including apartments, townhouses, and sea villas, ranging from one to six bedrooms.
The residences will offer sizes from 86 m² to over 300 m² and are designed with an emphasis on luxurious beachfront living, featuring uninterrupted sea views and sophisticated interiors.
The project combines the renowned Fairmont brand with resort-style living, offering residents access to an array of exclusive amenities. These include a private beach, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, family and adult pools, a dedicated boardroom, wellness facilities, and a variety of recreational spaces such as a games room and a kids’ club. There will also be seamless connectivity to the adjacent Fairmont resort.
Tailored services and perks
In addition to these facilities, Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island will provide a tailored suite of à la carte services designed to enhance everyday living. These services range from in-home catering and private chef experiences to personal concierge support, housekeeping, and home maintenance programs.
Residents will also benefit from exclusive access to the Accor Owner Benefits Program, which includes Diamond status in the Accor Live Limitless program, VIP privileges at over 5,700 hotels worldwide, and more.
Prices for the residences start at Dhs 2.49 million, offering potential buyers an opportunity to invest in a premium lifestyle in one of the region’s most iconic coastal destinations.
In addition to the residential offerings, Ardee Developments unveiled the next phase of its masterplan for Ardee Al Marjan Island. The project will develop into a fully integrated coastal destination combining residential, hospitality, retail, leisure, and entertainment components. This will include branded residences, private villas, townhouses, and a luxury hotel, along with a vibrant retail and F&B promenade. The destination will also feature wellness hubs, gaming lounges, and waterfront experiences, establishing a new standard for contemporary island living in Ras Al Khaimah.
The masterplan prioritizes walkability, access to nature, and sea connectivity, with expansive green spaces, direct beach access, and panoramic views.
