A luxury property in Al Barari has sold for Dhs 107 million, marking a record-high price per square foot in the upscale Dubai community.
The transaction, handled by real estate firm Maria Morris Global, involved Villa Y3—part of the exclusive Amaia Collection. The five-bedroom mansion achieved Dhs 6,316 per square foot, the highest recorded in Al Barari, Arabian Business reported.

Villa Y3 spans nearly 17,000 sq. ft. of built-up space on a 31,000 sq. ft. plot. Key features include a rooftop bar and lounge, a private gym, and an executive office. The sale was managed by Ellie Street and Ryan Almond, Al Barari specialists at Maria Morris Global.
Growing demand for exclusivity
“We are seeing a distinct evolution in ultra-prime real estate transactions, where discerning buyers prioritize architectural excellence, exclusivity, and integration with natural landscapes,” said Ellie Street, Sales Director, and Ryan Almond, Area Team Leader at Maria Morris Global.
Al Barari attracts elite buyers
This deal comes just two weeks after another Al Barari villa —featuring seven bedrooms and a rooftop paddle court — was sold for over Dhs 121 million. The consecutive high-value sales signal Al Barari’s growing appeal among ultra-wealthy buyers looking for rare, design-led homes in peaceful, green surroundings.
With increasing international interest in high-end properties, Dubai continues to position itself as a global destination for luxury real estate.
