Sobha Realty has signed a memorandum of understanding with Keeta Drone to introduce drone-based delivery services across its residential communities in Dubai.
The agreement makes Sobha Realty the first official Smart Community partner for Keeta Drone in the UAE. The signing took place in the presence of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.
Drone deliveries
The partnership aims to bring air delivery systems into Sobha Realty communities as part of wider efforts to integrate smart infrastructure and sustainable transport solutions into residential developments.
Keeta Drone said its delivery network is designed to support faster and more environmentally conscious last-mile logistics while operating within approved government regulations.
The rollout will take place in phases, with both companies stating that safety and compliance will remain key priorities during implementation.
Smart communities
Sobha Realty said its backward integration model would support the deployment of drone delivery infrastructure within its projects. The company added that the initiative aligns with its plans to develop technology-enabled communities with integrated services for residents.

Both companies also said they plan to explore opportunities outside the UAE as Keeta Drone expands its operations and Sobha Realty continues its international growth.
