Walid Al Zarooni, Chairman of Dubai-based real estate brokerage W Capital, has retained his position among the city’s top-selling Emirati real estate brokers for 2025. This marks his seventh consecutive year on the list.

He noted that Dubai’s real estate market recorded sales of Dhs 682.5 billion in 2025, a 31% increase compared with 2024, demonstrating strong market recovery.
