Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have announced a new large-scale branded residential project in Dubai, marking the second collaboration between the two companies and the first master-planned community by Binghatti.
The project, named Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, carries an investment value of Dhs 30 billion and is planned for the Meydan area.
Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City
Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City will span around 10 million square feet and is designed as a multi-tower branded community. The development will include several Mercedes-Benz residential towers integrated into a single urban master plan.
This project follows the earlier launch of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai and represents Mercedes-Benz’s second branded residential development with Binghatti Developers.
The master plan is designed as a self-contained urban district combining residential, leisure, and commercial elements. Planned components include luxury homes, retail areas, cultural and leisure spaces, parks, green corridors, mobility hubs, wellness facilities, and dining and entertainment zones.
The project aims to provide residents with daily services and amenities within walking distance.

Chairman Muhammad BinGhatti said: “To partner once again with Mercedes-Benz is a testament to our shared philosophy of excellence, precision, and timeless design. Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is envisioned as a world-class urban experience, a place where luxury and innovation converge to create a complete city within a city. This masterplan will become one of Dubai’s most distinguished destinations and a true symbol of elevated living.”
Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Marketing & Sales, said: “Creating extraordinary experiences for our customers is at the core of who we are. With our next branded real estate project ‘Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City’ in Dubai we are taking this promise to a new level, shaping destinations where our brand becomes something you can truly call home.”
The signing ceremony took place at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, between Chairman Muhammad Binghatti and Mathias Geisen. The project is scheduled for official launch on January 14, 2026.
The development will reflect Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy, which will guide the architectural and spatial planning of the community.
