Air Arabia has announced the launch of two new direct routes from Ras Al Khaimah to Yekaterinburg and Kazan in Russia. The new services are set to begin in late October 2025.
The weekly flights will connect Ras Al Khaimah International Airport with Koltsovo International Airport in Yekaterinburg starting October 27 (every Monday), and Kazan International Airport starting October 31 (every Friday).
Expanded Russia network
The move strengthens Air Arabia’s existing operations between the UAE and Russia. The airline already flies to Moscow from Ras Al Khaimah and serves Yekaterinburg and Kazan from other UAE airports, including Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
Adel Al Ali, Group CEO of Air Arabia, said: “We are glad to introduce our new non-stop services from Ras Al Khaimah to Yekaterinburg and Kazan, further expanding our growing network from the emirate. Russia remains a key market for us, and these additions reflect our commitment to offering more travel options while supporting the continued growth of tourism and trade between the UAE and Russia.”
Ras Al Khaimah hub growth
The additions bring the number of international destinations served directly from Ras Al Khaimah to 10. The current network includes Cairo, Jeddah, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Calicut, Moscow, Tashkent, Yekaterinburg, and Kazan.
The new routes are part of Air Arabia’s ongoing efforts to expand affordable travel options across the region.
