The UAE President’s Cup for Purebred Arabian Horses will mark its first-ever appearance in Germany on Sunday, July 6, as part of the prestigious 156th German Derby meeting in Hamburg.
The event will feature a €250,000 Listed race at Horner Rennbahn, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to promoting Arabian horse racing on a global stage.
German leg debut
The 1600-meter race is open to WAHO-registered Arabians aged four and above. It marks the seventh stop in the 32nd edition of the Cup’s ongoing European circuit. Organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE and Chairman of the Presidential Court, the event aims to align with Europe’s top racing festivals.

The race has attracted a competitive field of six entries from France and the Netherlands:
