Real estate developer Object 1 has announced the launch of ESSENL1FE, a new residential development located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai.
The project is designed around wellness, community living, and smart home technology, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Focus on lifestyle design
ESSENL1FE introduces a wellness-driven residential concept featuring both ground-level and rooftop leisure amenities. These include two main swimming pools, a kids’ pool, and a Sky Deck with an infinity pool and leisure area overlooking the Dubai Marina skyline—marking a first for the developer.
The development reflects growing demand for lifestyle-oriented housing in JVT, which saw a 62% rise in transaction volumes in early 2025 compared to the same period last year. The area is also benefiting from recent infrastructure upgrades under a Dubai Holding and RTA agreement.

Designed for active and community-centric living, ESSENL1FE will offer a wide range of facilities including a CrossFit zone, yoga and meditation area, padel court, lagoon-style pool with a natural sand island, poolside lounge, cinema, gym, sauna, steam room, and children’s play areas.

Smart technology features
Each residence will feature Tedee smart locks, allowing access via smartphone or smartwatch. These devices support permission-based access and provide logs of all entry and exit activity. In addition, homes will include integrated automation systems to manage lighting, music, climate control, and security.

ESSENL1FE reinforces Object 1’s standing as one of the leading developers in JVT, where it ranked among the top three by initial sales volume in the first quarter of 2025.
The project aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, contributing to the city’s goal of creating inclusive and livable communities.
