More than 4,000 buyers, investors and property professionals are expected at IREIS 2026 in Abu Dhabi from November 10 to 12, showcasing investment opportunities across the UAE.
IREIS 2026 brings UAE property developers together
The International Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS) 2026 will take place at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, bringing together property developers, investors, brokers, asset managers and homebuyers for three days.
The exhibition will showcase residential, commercial and mixed-use property opportunities across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet developers directly, explore property projects and learn about investment options in different UAE markets.
Abu Dhabi property sales reach Dhs 95.8 billion
The exhibition comes as Abu Dhabi’s property market records significant sales activity.
The emirate registered 21,416 home sales worth Dhs 95.8 billion between January and September 2026, while the total value of real estate transactions reached Dhs 175.7 billion, according to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).
Residential supply currently stands at approximately 409,000 units, with another 71,000 units projected by 2030.
Around 7,562 to 8,000 homes are scheduled for completion across Abu Dhabi in 2026, with residential deliveries expected to peak in 2028.
Investment opportunities and industry discussions
IREIS 2026 will also host a conference featuring government representatives, developers, financial institutions and industry experts.
Topics will include property investment, artificial intelligence, PropTech, sustainable infrastructure, fractional ownership, foreign direct investment and the UAE’s growing international investment connections.
Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) will participate as the official knowledge partner, while Knight Frank and JLL will support the conference.
The exhibition will also feature a Citizenship Expo Pavilion, where visitors can meet consultants to explore international residency and citizenship-by-investment programmes.
Major developers join the exhibition
Several property developers and industry companies have confirmed their participation as sponsors and partners.
These include Samana Developers, Aqaar, Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, Ellington Properties, Dugasta Properties, Zimaya Properties and Capstone Real Estate. Vertix Holding will participate as a strategic partner.
Arun Bose, Director of IREIS, said: “Abu Dhabi is entering an exciting new chapter in its real estate journey. What we are witnessing is not simply the expansion of the property market, but a broader transformation of the emirate into a globally competitive destination for investment, business, living and innovation.”
IREIS 2026 will run from November 10 to 12 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Further details about exhibitors, conference sessions and visitor registration are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
