GEMS Education celebrates strong CBSE results in UAE

GEMS Education students across the UAE are celebrating exceptional results in the CBSE Grade 10 and 12 board exams, marking a significant achievement in their academic careers.

The results reflect years of hard work and dedication from both students and educators.

Grade 12 results

This year, 2,266 GEMS students sat for the Grade 12 CBSE exams, achieving a 100% pass rate. Notable highlights include:

  • 33.89% of students scored 90% and above.

  • 23.04% of students scored between 85% and 89.9%.

  • 99.87% of students scored more than 60%.

The average score across all 10 GEMS CBSE schools stands at 85.37%.

Among the top performers are Kirti Roshankumar Thakar from GEMS Our Own English High School – Dubai and Mukesh Balasubramanian from GEMS Our Own High School – Al Warqa’a, who both achieved an impressive near-perfect score of 99%.

Kirti, who plans to pursue Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi – Abu Dhabi, said, “I feel deeply humbled and extremely grateful to my parents and teachers for their support. I am eternally grateful to OOD for making my school years unforgettable.”

Thomas Mathew, Executive Principal of GEMS Our Own English High School – Dubai, said, “Our Grade 12 students have demonstrated exceptional dedication and academic excellence. Their success is a testament to their hard work and the strong support of their families and teachers.”

Grade 10 results

In Grade 10, 3,131 students sat for the CBSE exams, with a 100% pass rate. The results include:

  • 38.26% of students scored 90% and above.

  • 19.96% of students scored between 85% and 89.9%.

  • 99.20% of students scored more than 60%.

The average score across all 10 GEMS CBSE schools is 85.14%.

The highest scorer among all Grade 10 students is Hafeed Meera Shahul Hameed from GEMS Our Own Indian School in Dubai, who achieved an impressive 99.6%.

Reflecting on his success, Hafeed said, “This achievement is the result of hard work and unwavering dedication. I am deeply grateful to my parents, teachers, and friends. This is just one milestone in my journey of continuous learning.”
